Elementalist – Glyph of elementals – able to control ability of elementals. It had 3.25s charge time and was hard to use. Now we made them into instant skills.
Engineer – Magnetic Shield (#4 skill on the shield, immobilize you and reflect). The immobilize on it was kinda weird so this ability can now be used while moving so it will act similar as the #5 skill.
Engineer – Slick Shoes – Cooldown decreased from 60s to 45s.
Engineer – Super Speed – Cooldown decreased from 45s to 30s.
Guardian – Cooldown of Retreat reduced from 60s to 40s. Swiftness duration stays the same.
Guardian – Bane Signet – Knockdown duration increased from 2s to 3s.
Mesmer – Maimed of the Disillusioned. – Torment stack per clone shattered increased from 1 to 2 stacks to add more play to Mesmers and encourage them to shatter.
Necro – Grasp (#1 skill on your staff) – Velocity of the projectile increased by 50% so players no longer escape from it when you cast it at max range
Necro – Life Siphon (#2 skill on dagger) – Healing amount of this skill increased significantly – 25% base increase and healing power increase by 75%
Thief – All venom abilities had their cooldown reduced from 45s to 40s.
Warrior – Some changes coming to Mace which doesn’t see a lot of use
Crushing Blow – increase vulnerability from 4 to 10 stacks
Tremor – velocity increased by 12%.
Ranger – Too many rangers using Longbow – We are adding a tell of the animation for the Point Blank skill and the projectile has a purple color to distinguish it from autoattacks.
